B True Inc. expressly disclaims all representations, warranties, and conditions of any kind — whether express, implied, or statutory — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall B True Inc., True Nature, or their respective directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or any products purchased through it.
In no event shall the aggregate liability of B True Inc. exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100.00).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless B True Inc., True Nature, and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms, your use of the website, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remainder of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

The failure of B True Inc. to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. No waiver of any breach shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.

These Terms remain in full force and effect unless terminated. B True Inc. reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service immediately and without prior notice in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms.
Section 21
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec.
For consumers residing in Quebec, nothing in these Terms shall operate to derogate from the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (CQLR c P-40.1) or any other applicable Quebec consumer legislation, to the extent such provisions cannot be waived by agreement.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and any other policies posted on this website, constitute the entire agreement between you and B True Inc. with respect to the subject matter herein, and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, warranties, or agreements, whether oral or written.

The parties have expressly requested and agreed that these Terms and all related documents be drafted in the English language.
