Order Processing

All orders placed through the True Nature website are processed by B True Inc. from our facility in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Orders are processed on business days only — Monday through Friday, excluding Quebec and Canadian statutory holidays.

The standard processing time for all orders is 2 to 3 business days from the date and time of order confirmation. Processing time refers to the period between order placement and the moment your order is handed to the carrier — it does not include transit time.

Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

True Nature (B True Inc.) offers free standard shipping on all orders with a pre-tax subtotal of $75.00 CAD or more, shipped anywhere within Canada. For orders below this threshold, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions.

The free shipping threshold applies to the pre-tax order subtotal, after any applicable discounts or promotional codes, but before taxes and fees. Free shipping applies to standard shipping only and does not apply to expedited or express upgrades.

Delivery estimates are from the date of shipment and represent business days only. They are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed. B True Inc. is not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.

Section 03

Carriers

We ship using a combination of trusted Canadian carriers selected based on your delivery location, order size, and service availability.

B True Inc. reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier at our discretion. A tracking number will always be provided once your order ships.

Section 04

Shipping Address

It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate, complete, and current — including street address, apartment or unit number, city, province, and postal code.

B True Inc. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to reship. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at info@btrue.ca with your order number.

Section 05

Perishable Goods & Product Integrity

True Nature products are perishable food goods. While our packaging is designed to protect product quality during transit, we strongly recommend:

• Inspect your order promptly upon delivery and check that packaging is intact and the seal is undamaged
• Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight immediately upon receipt
• Do not leave perishable deliveries outside in extreme heat or cold for extended periods
• Check the best-before date on all products upon receipt and before consumption

Section 06

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please check your spam folder before contacting us at info@btrue.ca.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the carrier's system after you receive your shipping confirmation. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your shipment.

Section 07

Undeliverable Packages & Returns to Sender

A package may be returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, failure to pick up from a carrier hold location, or refusal of delivery. If your package is returned, B True Inc. will contact you and offer the option to reship at your expense or receive a store credit for the order value minus original shipping charges.

For perishable food products returned to sender, B True Inc. reserves the right to offer a store credit only, at our sole discretion, if the product is no longer suitable for reshipping.

Section 08

Shipping to Remote & Northern Locations

B True Inc. ships to all Canadian provinces and territories, including remote and northern communities. Deliveries to certain remote locations — including but not limited to northern Ontario, northern Quebec, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Yukon — may be subject to extended delivery timelines and additional carrier surcharges. Any applicable surcharges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Section 09

Taxes on Shipping

In accordance with applicable Quebec and Canadian tax legislation, shipping charges may be subject to Quebec Sales Tax (QST) at 9.975% and Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 5%, where applicable. Taxes on shipping will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Section 10

Carrier Delays & Force Majeure

Once an order has been handed to a carrier, B True Inc. has no control over the delivery timeline. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high shipping volumes, weather events, natural disasters, labour disruptions, public health emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a carrier confirms that a package has been lost in transit, please contact us at info@btrue.ca and we will work with you to resolve the matter in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Section 11

Amendments to This Policy

B True Inc. reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time by posting a revised version on this website. The version in effect at the time of your purchase shall govern that transaction. Your continued use of this website following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
